Grundy Dropping

A few Region D teams have theirs up on highschoolsports.net. Castlewood, Battle, Honaker, and Lebanon that I do know of. Those two CMD schools and Lee's are also up on the CMD forum.

I think that is good that JJK and JIB are playing the final week of the regular season against one another.

Like seeing PH and Lee there as well. Bludgeoning Twin Springs and Grundy wasn't paying any dividends. I wish RC was nixed from the schedule as well.

I could understand that. There have been a couple of blowouts, but overall, generally that has been a pretty entertaining game the past 10 years.

Per swvasports, Grundy's request to drop mid-cycle was denied.

IMHO that is no suprise I have to wonder at the Havic a mid cycle drop would have unleashed on football schedules for anyone playing Grundy or any other BDD team.

Grundy should come and wrestle in the LPD. That would strengthen the LPD in the long run, they need that level of competition. "To be the man you have to beat the man."
